Microsoft Windows Software Engineer

This is a challenging position for an experienced software engineer. The role is part of our fast-growing core R&D team developing a leading edge standards-based DRM solution for PCs and mobile phones. You will be expected to be the team’s expert in implementing DRM on Windows desktop and mobile platforms. In this role you will work with our core DRM Agent team to apply the DRM technology to Windows desktop and devices. This will involve working with Microsoft and Windows Mobile OEMs (device manufacturers) to integrate DRM technology into forthcoming handsets.

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in C/C++/C# software development; including recent experience with Windows APIs. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.

Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain technical relationships with customers
• Willingness to travel

• Visual Studio development
• Windows Mobile development
• Microsoft Windows APIs
• Windows Registry
• Microsoft Direct Show Framework
• NET Framework
• Nullsoft NSIS installer system
• Windows Vista Protected Media Path (PMP)
• Mobile Phone application technologies (MMS, WAP, J2ME, OTA Download, etc.)
• Content Protection Technologies (OMA DRM, WMDRM, 18Crypt, Marlin DRM, Coral, CPRM, DLNA, ISMACryp, SimulCrypt)
• Mobile Broadcast (DVB-H, T-DMB, OMA BCAST)
